TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Path Travel Peru look forward to the opportunity to act as your travel agent in Perú. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us.
To secure your trip, Path Travel Peru will require a 30% deposit of the total package price by the time of your booking, the Full Amount payment must be done 30 days prior to your arrival. In the case the booking will be proceeded 30 or less days to the arrival, the whole amount will be required in once.
Credit card payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express, Credit Card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge.
Wire money transfer:
The first and second payment can be made using wire money transfer directly to our bank account in Perú and this is subject to a 100 USD surcharge.
Payments made by deposit are subject to your local bank charge.

Cancellations and Changes:
Your contract with Path Travel Peru, may allow them to cancel or amend bookings.Client is responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the cancellation:
80 DAYS OR MORE = 10%
79 TO 30 DAYS = 30%
29 TO 15 DAYS = 40%
15 TO 6 DAYS = 50%
5 OR LESS DAYS = 100%
Change of dates after the deposit has been made: 8% plus any other additional fees that might occur.
PATH TRAVEL PERÚ
All prices shown on Path Travel Peru web site, are per person and expressed in US Dollars. For children aged 4 - 8 the package price is based on sharing a room with adults. Prices for all our packages will be confirmed at the time you book
Once we receive your deposit, your tour package price is guaranteed.
The accommodations are specified in our website, all prices shown for accommodations are expressed in US dollars and per person.
We reserve the right to offer an alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation specified in our web site is overbooked or for any reason beyond our control. All accommodations within Peru will require you to show your passport and let them make a photocopy of it in order to check you in. This is a requirement for government and taxes purposes.
After you have left your country, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight to do this. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them your intention to fly.
Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements:
It is your responsibility to fullfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements.
Travel Advice and Vaccinations:
Vaccinations may be required for some of the places you are intending to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations for your itinerary.
These terms and conditions, those contained in the Path Travel Peru S.R.L. website and the pre-departure materials constitute an agreement between all parties involved. We are acting as an independent contractor and no joint venture, partnership or employment relationship exists between you and us or our Suppliers.
